Buttocks augmentation using buttock implants or fat injection.

Buttock augmentation is usually performed via buttock implants or fat injections into the buttocks. There are pluses and minuses of both cosmetic surgery techniques. In different countries different butt implants are used. In general terms, the US does not allow the best buttock implants. In the US, solid silicone buttocks implants may be used.
